Welcome to RighteousAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RighteousAI mobile app and admin platform (the "Service"), operated by RighteousAI Network ("RighteousAI," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Who We Are

RighteousAI Network provides ministry consulting, speaking, staff training, and AI-integration services to churches and ministry organizations, delivered in person and through live sessions booked through the Service.

Your Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

  • You must be authorized to represent your church or organization when booking services on its behalf.

  • You can delete your account at any time from the app's Profile settings.

Booking Services

The Service lets you request and schedule real-world consulting, speaking,

and training services delivered by DJ Yarborough or the RighteousAI team.

- Submitting a booking request is not a confirmed appointment — DJ or the

RighteousAI team reviews and either accepts or declines each request.

- Once a booking is accepted, a deposit is required to secure your

scheduled time, paid securely through Stripe within the app.

- Cancellations & refunds: Deposit. A non-refundable-except-as-stated deposit is required to reserve and book your event date. Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Final Payment. Full payment is due no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event/service.

Cancellation by Client:

  • More than 1 month before the event: Deposit is fully refundable.

  • Within 1 month of the event: 50% of the deposit is refundable.

  • Within 24 hours of the event: No refund of the deposit will be issued.

Cancellation After Full Payment:

  • More than 24 hours before the event: Client may choose either a 50% refund of the full payment or a reschedule of the same service at the same rate, at no additional cost.

  • Within 24 hours of the event: No refund will be issued, and no reschedule will be offered.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. All payments and refunds are processed through Stripe. Approved refunds will be initiated on our end within 10 business days of the cancellation request; actual receipt of funds may take additional time to reflect, depending on Stripe's processing timelines and your bank or card issuer.

Messaging & AI Assistant

Messages you send through the app may be read and responded to by our AI assistant as described in our Privacy Policy. The AI is designed to defer to a human on anything involving money, sensitive personal matters, or uncertainty — but it is still an automated system, and its responses should be treated as informational rather than a guaranteed commitment from RighteousAI. Anything the AI says on financial or contractual matters is only binding once confirmed directly by DJ or a member of the RighteousAI team.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any church or organization.

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation or security.

  • Upload content through the chat or attachment features that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting a deposit payment, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown. We do not store your card details ourselves.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, content, and underlying software, is owned by RighteousAI Network and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Playbooks, courses, and resources made available through the Service remain RighteousAI's property and are provided for your own use, not for redistribution or resale.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." While we work to keep it accurate and available, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RighteousAI Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
