RighteousAI Network ("RighteousAI," "we," "us," or "our") provides ministry consulting, speaking, training, and AI-integration services through our mobile app and admin platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you create an account and use the Service, we collect:

  • Account information: your full name, email address, and (if you choose to provide them) phone number, church/organization name, and location.

  • Profile photo: if you choose to upload one.

  • Messages: the content of conversations you send through the app's chat feature, including any files or documents you attach.

  • Booking information: details you submit when requesting a speaking engagement, training session, or consulting appointment, including your preferred dates, notes, and related communications.

  • Payment information: when you pay a deposit toward a booking, payment processing is handled entirely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, its amount, and a reference ID.

  • We do not use advertising or analytics tracking software, and we do not sell your information to anyone.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to:

  • Create and manage your account.

  • Respond to your messages and manage your bookings.

  • Process deposit payments for booked services.

  • Send you account-related communications, such as password reset emails and booking confirmations.

  • Improve and operate the Service.

AI-Assisted Messaging

Messages you send through the app's chat feature may be read and responded to by an AI assistant (built on Anthropic's Claude models) as part of our support process. The AI assistant is instructed to hand off anything financial, personal, or outside its confidence to DJ Yarborough or a member of the RighteousAI team directly — a person is always available and reviewing these conversations, not just the AI.

Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the Service, and only as needed for them to do that job:

  • Supabase — hosts our database and handles account authentication.

  • Stripe — processes deposit payments (see above).

  • Anthropic — powers the AI assistant described above.

  • Vercel — hosts our admin web application.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Data Retention & Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app's Profile settings.

When you do:

  • Your name, email, phone number, and profile photo are permanently removed and replaced with generic placeholder values.

  • Your login is permanently disabled — you will not be able to sign back into that account.

  • Your booking and payment records are retained in de-identified form, as needed for our business and tax record-keeping obligations. They are no longer connected to your personal information. This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Choices

You can review and update your account information at any time from the app's Profile settings, and you can delete your account as described above. If you have questions about your data or want to request a copy of it, contact us using the information below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above.
